By accessing or using EstiMate Civil (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Service.

1. Permitted Use & License

You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use our calculators and tools for commercial and non-commercial construction planning, design, and estimation.

You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, duplicate, or redistribute the proprietary source code, interface designs, or software assets without prior written consent.

2. User Obligations & Input Accuracy

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of the numerical values, units, and structural assumptions inputted into the calculators.

You agree not to attempt to breach the platform’s security or introduce malicious scripts.

3. Intellectual Property

All website designs, branding, logos, custom algorithms, graphical diagrams, and interface styling are the exclusive intellectual property of EstiMate Civil and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, enhance, or discontinue any calculator, feature, or service at any time without prior notice. We do not help estimate uninterrupted uptime.

5. Termination & Jurisdiction

We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction of Rajasthan, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
